一、科学目标: 围绕医学大数据应用的共性基础、典型重大疾病人工智能辅助诊疗的关键技术、分布式医疗设备的自主研发,开展数学理论、方法与技术的创新攻关研究,为医学大数据和人工智能的发展与应用落地提供创新模式,推动智联网医院建设,并为普惠医疗、分级诊疗的国家战略提供理论基础与技术支撑。

项目九: 分布式超快核磁共振成像的数学理论与算法

  面向低场与超快磁共振成像的应用需求,研究创新的反问题求解数学理论,为分布式超快磁共振成像提供理论基础;结合物理成像机制,研究模型与数据双驱动的超快磁共振成像数学方法,实现高加速倍数下的高质量磁共振图像重建;研究多序列磁共振图像的相关性,并基于解剖结构不变性建模,发展序列引导的分布式超快磁共振成像理论与方法;研发分布式超快磁共振成像软件系统,并与国产真人平台官网磁共振成像设备集成,实现在线运行,并部署试点。

项目十: 超声医生手法模拟算法与机器人自主扫描关键技术

三、 资助方式: 以十个重点项目组成的项目群方式资助,项目资助周期不超过四年。项目执行期前两年由天元基金资助(侧重于理论与方法,每项200万元),后两年由琶洲实验室资助(侧重于技术与应用落地,每项不低于200万元);项目资助采取淘汰机制,执行两年后进行中期评估,评估优秀的项目可获连续资助。项目研究团队须由包含数学、医学、信息等不同领域的专家组成,采取双负责人制(其中一位负责人应为数学研究人员,排名第一负责人为项目总体负责人)。2020年拟资助不超过10项。申请书中的研究期限应填写为: 202111日至20221231
